A’BriTin Catering & Hospitality has announced three key leadership changes

As part of A’BriTin’s growth strategy, we have made three big changes in our leadership structure.

Katie Garner, General Manager

Katie Garner has been promoted to the role of General Manager

Garner joined A’BriTin Catering & Hospitality in June of 2015 because of her desire to return to the food industry. “Little did I know that I was going to be a part of a family,” she shared when asked about her new role. “I have been supported and loved by the owners, Seth and Dawn, in a way that could not compare to anything else I have experienced in my career. It is a priceless gift to have the career and opportunities that I have been given. And I am excited to share that family feeling with our employees and clients.”

Garner has assumed her new responsibilities as of July 15, 2019 and will continue to lead the human resources function with oversight of the 200+ employees. Additionally, she will partner with her leadership team to grow the strategic vision and marshal the resources necessary to reach the organization’s growth goals. “I am so proud of how far we have come based on where we started. Our future is bright, and I am so excited to be working with the owners to lead the charge.”

James Gonzalez, Vice President of Operations and Corporate Sales

James Gonzalez has been promoted to Vice President of Operations and Corporate Sales

Gonzalez joined A’BriTin Catering & Hospitality in May of 2015 after his son worked with the organization for three years as a server. Gonzalez laughed as he shared, “my son is the one who talked me into it. And now I regret not joining sooner. The A’BriTin team is like a family and they truly care about their people and their customers.”

In his new role, Gonzalez will be responsible to oversee both corporate sales and the day to day operations of the company. “My goal is to ensure that our operations run seamlessly, whether it means keeping the office in good repair to ensuring our trucks are cleaned and properly maintained so that they can arrive at an event safely and in style.” As A’BriTin continues to grow, Gonzalez will be largely focused on making the organization the corporate caterer of choice in the Twin Cities metro area.

Ann Bloomquist Jarema, Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Ann Bloomquist Jarema has joined A’BriTin Catering & Hospitality as Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Jarema joined the organization effective July 16, 2019 and will be assuming responsibility for the sales team that manages food and beverage sales at A’BriTin’s exclusive venues. Jarema most recently was the Vice President of Strategic Accounts for SteelHouse, a programmatic ad buying platform provider based out of Los Angeles, CA. Jarema is a passionate sales leader who also works independently as a freelance content marketer and blog writer.
